BodyRock FitCamps Are HERE!!!

This new program combines endurance, strength training, core conditioning, and agility exercises.  It is perfect for all fitness levels - both men and women.

Why should you be a BodyRocker... because it is trainer led and provides the intensity of a personal training session with the motivation in a group environment.

Who should join:  Anyone looking to work with a trainer but can't "afford" one-on-one training.  Anyone that has hit a plateau in their weight loss journey.  Anyone that works best in a group setting  (comradery), rather than a by themselves.

When it is offered:  Monday - 6am, 11am, 6pm
Wednesday - 6am, 11am, 6pm
Friday - 6am, 11am, 5pm
Saturday - 10am

What is the cost:

 2 x week - $90/month
3 x week - $120/month
Unlimited - $150/month
