2008 - Fitness Class Schedule

Our Health Club & Spa offers over 35 group fitness classes per week including yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, cardio kickboxing, Aquacize, and sculpting and toning classes. All classes are included in the price of your membership. From time to time specialty classes may be offered for a small fee.
