Aquacize A low impact class that’s great for building cardiovascular strength and endurance. Aqua Dynamics An intense cardio challenge in the water with sculpting intervals; excellent for cross-training.
Aqua Therapy (formerly Aqua Arthritis, same class) Great Workout in the pool designed for all fitness levels and ages. Appropriate for those with mobility and joint limitations. This class offers lots of moving, strengthening and stretching in the water.
Body Sculpting This class is designed to challenge your muscles from top to bottom for a stronger and leaner you.
**Boot Camp 45 minute. Within each class we will warm up, perform a variety of dynamic body weight modalities , exercise with medicine balls, step with aerobic riders , resistance train using resistance bands and free weights, as well as perform other exercise designed for the amateur exerciser.
Boot Camp Aerobics This is a high impact class formatted in a fun creative way to add continual resistance while incorporating all the components of fitness: strength, flexibility, cardiovascular, stability and balance Cardio & Core – 45 minutes of Hi/Lo cardio with Yoga style stretching and relaxation at the end of class. Great way to start your day!
Muscle/Core Motions This is a low impact class formatted in a fun creative way to add continual resistance while incorporating all the components of fitness: strength, flexibility, cardiovascular, stability and balance.
Hi-Lo & Step A blast of Hi/Lo cardio on the step and floor. If you love Step, then this class is for you. A fun way to get in shape.
Hard-core Muscle Tone A 30 minute class that will sculpt your abs .
Intervals A super cardio combination with muscle strengthening segments interspersed between Step, Hi/Lo, Kickboxing and Boot camp style conditioning. Keep your heart rate up and burn fat.
Kettle Bells Involves fluid yet powerful momentum based movements . Works on Flexibility , Balance , Strength.
Sculpt Camp Includes challenging sculpting exercises that will leave you sore (in a good way) the next day! Suitable for all fitness levels.
Slow and Gentle Yoga You can easily adapt your body to this easy and flowing Yoga practice. Great for the beginner and perfect for seniors and new moms. Come and relax!
30*20*10 The ultimate class in one hour. You work on 30minutes of cardio, 20minutes of weights, 10minutes of abs.
**Spinning The ultimate 40 minute cardio ride where participants of all fitness levels use specially designed Johnny G. Spinner indoor stationary bikes to achieve a dynamic workout for the body and mind. You control your own resistance for the level of intensity you want.
Step Diva Step aerobics for all fitness levels; no experience required! Step to motivating music and burn fat while sculpting lean buns and thighs.
Jump Start Aerobic A 30-40 minutes of cardio, then all over body sculpting and strengthening. plus some core conditioning included abs work out perfect for all fitness levels. Supplement your workout with this.
Yoga This class is designed to increase strength, balance and flexibility while teaching relaxation techniques through Hatha Yoga poses and postures.
